The Hospital has released the medical record for the night that George Zimmerman was brought in after the shooting of Trevon Martin. It appears that Mr. Zimmerman did indeed have a broken nose along with the two black eyes to accompany it, as well as lacerations to his head and a back injury. Sounds to me like there was a bit of a scuffle with him on the bottom. Curiously though the same day the medical record was made public the FBI has decided it might bring hate crime charges against Zimmerman. What makes this curious is that Obama just endorsed gay marriage and has pissed off much of his black base since they are mostly gay hating bigots. Now, if the FBI were to bring up hate crimes charges against Zimmerman since there does seem a chance now that the shooting was self-defense, then it makes sense. In the sick and twisted world of politics it makes sense because Obama’s black base is seemingly also overwhelmingly racist against whites so inciting a race war to deflect from his terribly pitiful presidency is perfectly natural from someone who, like Obama, seeks power for the sake of seeking power. Anything to placate the mindless masses.

I’d really like to see the FBI investigate the numerous incidents of hate crimes committed by blacks against whites. Yea, I’m not going to hold my breath for that.

If I were the kind of person who could be bothered to vote I’d give my vote in the Presidential primary to Ron Paul. Sure he doesn’t understand evolution and he’s wrong when he says that the moment of conception equals life and is proven by science, but he’s by far the only candidate that understands liberty. I absolutely feel that atheists could accept a Paul presidency since he want’s to keep the federal government out of as much as possible. I tend to believe that atheistic support of Obama and against someone like Paul is because he has the letter R by his name on a ballot and is a Christian. I also tend to believe that most atheists, just like most other voters in this country are simply partisan hacks and don’t know or understand shit about the real issues. This is to include Republicans, Democrats, Greens, Whites, Blacks, Asians, Latino’s (every notice how fucking racist spell checker is? It always want’s you to capitalize Asian and Latino but black and white can be lower-case, hmmm) old, young and so on. Most people know almost jack shit about the actual underlying causes of the problems facing this country and simply yell at the other team for fucking it up. Politics in the US has become a giant spectator sport where it matters only that your team wins.

Now, there is some bright light here in the future because a huge movement has begun with the younger generations who are catching on to the fact that the Greatest Generation and their progeny, the spoiled, selfish baby-boomers have fucked them over. Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, are all being paid for by the younger generations because the spoiled generations that have come before them decided they didn’t need to provide for themselves. Yes, Republicans who condemn socialism, you have helped to create these socialist systems that cannot and will not work for ever. But we all know that the older crowd sure as shit doesn’t care. Just give them their free shit.

The reason these youngsters are waking from their indoctrinated youth has a lot to do with Ron Paul explaining this to them. Its doubtful that Paul will get the nomination. Not because I don’t think he can collect a majority of the delegates but because the Republican party establishment will never let that happen. The Republican establishment like the Democrat establishment are bought and paid for whores of the banking/Corporate mercantilism establishment created by the fascist tyrant Abraham Lincoln. But Paul has sown the seed of liberty, economic prosperity through actual free markets and natural rights in the minds of the nations young and this can be nothing but good.

As far as Ron Paul’s Christianity is concerned it doesn’t bother me at all. The first issue with atheists is his stance on abortion which is no big deal. Paul’s position on the repeal of Roe v. Wade is irrelevant since Roe v. Wade didn’t do anything to legalize abortion as abortion was already legal in many states. The law is seen as unconstitutional and unnecessary and along with my not being a lawyer, I’ve neither a womb nor a uterus. I support a woman’s right to choose I also doubt that if the states resume control over this issue there will be an outright ban. Yea, there may be a few that ban abortion but to think that abortion in the US would be illegal everywhere is just idiotic. It is established as a woman’s right in most of the country. The back alley abortion shit is simple fear mongering of the same type used to keep the sheeple believing there is some serious terrorist threat which is then used to further undermine the Bill of Rights. Secondly, there is Paul’s stance on evolution which again doesn’t bother me since he sees the Department of Education for what it is. An unconstitutional bureaucracy that has made our children dumber, and he would turn education back to the states where it belongs. Even in places like Louisiana which tried to get creationism taught along side science in schools failed. Lastly, there is Paul’s stance on gay marriage and I can’t for the life of me understand who in the world could oppose it. He personally views marriage as a man and woman and is a matter for the church. He doesn’t believe government has any right to insert itself here on the federal level and I have a feeling he doesn’t view marriage in any way an issue for any level of government. The main reason I support gay marriage is because the government requires couples receive a permit to do so. As a representative of the people the government has an obligation to be blind in the eyes of justice and civil rights. If government is going to recognize heterosexual marriage they are duty bound to recognize gay marriage as well. Marriage itself is a construct of man and has existed far longer then Christianity, Judaism, or Islam have been around. Marriage belongs to everyone and the government has no business involving itself.

These three complaints against Paul by atheists have nothing to do with their being atheists. It is their political ideology that makes them oppose Paul because their political ideology is that government needs to coddle us because government knows best. Of course, this is a retarded line of thinking and I’d bet they think this way because they never read Mises. Atheism isn’t a political ideology it is a disbelief in god(s). That is all it is. As I’ve said before, atheism has as much of a place in politics as religion. Simply, it has no place.

There are of course more reasons to support Ron Paul. He’s not a warmongering fascist. He believes in defense yet he correctly sees that defense is done here at home and not in foreign lands. Occupying foreign lands creates more enemies. He actually has a plan in place to reduce the deficit by a trillion dollars his first year. Neither Obama or Romney have such a plan because they have no intention of stopping the cash flow to their friends. Ron Paul would do away with the TSA and Homeland (in)Security because they don’t work and only strip our rights and dignity from us as well as those who visit our country. Oh, there is the fact that he’s stated he’d immediately begin pardoning prisoners convicted of non-violent, victimless crimes and he’d bring about an end to the war on drugs which is one of the sanest things mentioned by any politician. Paul understands exactly what money is whereas most of the voting public have no idea because they have never heard of Murray Rothbard. Oh, and Paul is actually opposed to torture. The simple reason Democrats, be they atheist or faithful, and Republicans oppose a Paul presidency is because they are monumental hypocrites.

Having said all of this, Rand Paul sure as hell ain’t his dad and I’d never vote for him.

The face of American justice rears its ugly head once again. In the case of Marrissa Alexander in Florida the jury has not only found her guilty, the judge has sentenced her to twenty years. What was her heinous crime? She tried to scare off her sadistic husband by firing a shot not at him but through the wall by him. Why did she feel the need to do such a thing? Well her husband has a nasty habit of beating the shit out of women and was probably going to do so again until she made it to her car in the garage to retrieve her gun.

The problem with this case is apparently found in some flaws with the Stand Your Ground law in Florida. I don’t really know enough to comment on that I do know however that juries don’t have to convict someone just because the prosecutor tells them to. The folks on this jury must have been a prosecutors wet dream since they appear to be the stupidest people in Florida. Prosecutors don’t want smart people on the jury because they may just be able to figure out that some of the laws being used to prosecute people are either unjust or just fucking stupid and unnecessary. The other problem is that the judge here had no chance to use their own judgement because of mandatory sentencing laws. We have those here in California where they have done wonders to continue to pack our privately run, monumentally expensive prison system to overflowing capacity. Many of those prisoners are there simply because they got caught with a joint for their third strike. Another stupid, unnecessary, and unjust law.

Be proud residents of Florida in knowing that you have some of the stupidest people in the country being selected to send women to prison for trying to protect themselves against abusive husbands. Better yet, hang your heads in shame.

A gentlemen named Kerry Brown intends to build a 200 foot tall cross in Branson, Mo. Mr. Brown says it was his fathers wish after he had a vision from God. You read that correct, a grown man had a “vision” from God. Now, I’ve got no beef with this cross because it is going to be built on private property and funded by donations. People can do whatever they want with their own money on their own land, well, within reason.

I do have a issue with the first sentence of the article, from Fox News so keep that in mind”

“Public symbols of Christianity are under attack around the nation, but not in Branson, Mo., where county officials have approved a 200-foot cross that will rival American icons like the Statue of Liberty and the Golden Gate Bridge, according to its developer.”

Take a moment to let this sentence settle in. Okay then, Fox News is on record here saying “public symbols of Christianity are under attack around the nation.” The key word here is “public” as in public land, supported by public tax dollars but the propagandist Fox News doesn’t clarify this point in their on-going, nausea inducing, cry of “war on Christianity/Christmas.” It doesn’t matter how many times we atheists go after Christian or other religious symbols being placed on “public” schools, “public” courthouses, “public” parks, etc, etc.

When you listen to or read Christian comments regarding such matters they ultimately scream about their rights being taken away as if the Constitution grants them the right to use taxpayer property for religious use. The Constitution forbids this but because Christians in the US are overwhelmingly fascistic they simply flail about and wail how we the minority are forcing our beliefs on them, the majority. Then we all have to listen to their continued caterwauling about how persecuted they are. Of course Christians tell us how tolerant they are and how we non-believers are the intolerant ones but when you think back a tiny fraction in history, naturally Christians prove they aren’t tolerant at all. And that was on private land, unlike their constant usage of public land to display their symbolism.

Anyway, good luck with your giant cross. It’s another fine example of how Christians in the US are in fact, not being persecuted. Just think, after Christians go and see the giant cross they can make the short journey from Branson to Straffor, MO where the can become even more stupid by visiting the Creation Museum.

Another child has committed suicide here in the self proclaimed Christian capital of the world. Tori Swoape, a fifteen year old girl from Indiana was found by her mother hanged in her bedroom. The reason? Bullying. Why? Because kids are dicks who have parents that are dicks. But I’m sure they’re good Christian dicks who go to church on Sunday.

So in the land of milk and honey there is an epidemic of our children killing themselves because when they complain of bullying the schools do nothing. It would be politically incorrect for some punishment meted out to the little bastards who bully others. Or is it just that school administrators are a bunch of pussies too afraid to upset the bullies parents? Perhaps the school administrators are too busy with the disturbingly regular occurrence of their teachers having sex with children.

To be fair, I’m sure the Christian kids only taunt and bully the gay kids. And by taunt and bully I mean proselytizing when it isn’t asked for and telling their gay peers they are going to burn in hell for making a choice. That choice of course being something totally biological and therefore completely natural.

My biggest complaint with bullying is that older generations seem to feel that bullying has always been around and therefore its part of society. That kids today are ‘soft’ and need to stand up for themselves. Well yes, they should stand up for themselves and many do the problem here is that the schools punish those who do stand up to the bullies. The underlying problem here is that we have parents who either don’t know or don’t care about how their children behave. These same parents may see name calling and social media insults as nothing since they think bullies simply go around beating people up. Ask yourself this, would you rather endure physical punishment or mental punishment? I’d take the physical because I know the pain will stop at some point but the mental pain continues. When this country considers itself to be somewhere around eighty percent Christian I have to ask myself if they’ve ever actually read the Gospels. That Jesus character doesn’t really seem the type of guy to be ok with America. Hell, the most vocal Christians don’t seem to have actually read the Gospels since they certainly don’t care about the never ending state of war we are in. The state of war is something they encourage, so why should they care about their children harassing someone else’s child to the point of death?

So President Obama has finally come out in support of gay marriage. What can I say except, its about time. I have no idea how he really feels about gay rights because he is a politician who has lied about every single thing every single day. He’s told us that drone attacks are safe and only target the bad guys but we all know that’s bullshit. He has approved the assassination of US citizens, stripping them of their right to habius corpus. He told us he’d wouldn’t use the power of the federal government to override state legalization of marijuana yet his (in)Justice Department has brutally cracked down on marijuana. He told us he’d close the torture chambers of Guantanimo Bay, going so far as to make his signing of its closure a televised event. Three and a half years later its still open and more than likely still torturing.

Look, lets face it, Barack Obama is an inveterate liar. More so than GW Bush or even Bill Clinton. The reason he can come out now in support of gay marriage, even if black Americans are overwhelmingly bigoted on this issue, is because he needs to take away the focus on the fact that his Presidency is horrendous. I’ve said before I didn’t believe we’d have another President as bad as GW Bush anytime soon and this guy is worse in every possible category. He’s worse on foreign policy, he’s worse on economics, he’s worse on civil liberties, he’s just plain worse. Yet he managed to get the dumbasses in Hollywood to give him a million bucks in an hour. Stupid is a stupid does right? Since he’s now got the gay vote wrapped up he can continue to do nothing to make sure that gay people actually can get married. It’s not like he’s going to sign some kind of executive order overturning the indefensible Defense of Marriage Act is he? No, he’s not. Nor does he need to worry about the black vote because no matter how much the gay bashing black Americans get pissed after his public endorsement of something he has no intention of making happen, they’ll still vote for him. They’ll vote for Obama because he’s the black guy. That isn’t racist that’s a simple statement of fact. Obama has done more to turn back the advances of racial division this nation has made since the Civil Rights movement and he keeps playing his race card. No, I don’t think Obama himself is a racist but he’s willing to start a race war for one simple reason. He’s a politician and politicians crave power.

So welcome to the 21st century Mr. President. We libertarians have always been in support of gay marriage. If for no other reason then government has no business regulating the personal relationships of anyone. You see, we actually believe in human/natural rights and civil liberties. You know, those things you claim to care about yet toss aside with greater derision than even our first fascist President Abraham Lincoln.

One Million Mommies has their panties in a bunch again. Its not about a rather cheesy looking television show, this time its about the new Urban Outfitters catalog.

“WARNING! The April 2012 catalog from Urban Outfitters has begun arriving in home mailboxes the last couple of days. On page two of this catalog is a picture of two women kissing in a face holding embrace! The ad and catalog are clearly geared toward teenagers.”

Clearly this is the most awful thing a teenager could be exposed to. A picture of gentle and affectionate kiss.

As an extension of the American Family Association, One Million Moms shares in that organization’s hate-filled, intolerant, extreme, fundamentalist Christian homophobia. Yet, this organization which implies its looking out for the best interests of children, supported the Iraq war and are opposed to leaving.

“Bauer, for example, was among a coterie of religious right leaders who met with Bush at the White House Feb. 1 for an update on the war. Bauer and his allies tend to view the war through a sectarian lens with the U.S. leading the way against ‘islamo-fascism.’ It’s a type of new crusade,” Boston added.”

These pro-lifers all support the illegal war began under the war criminal George W. Bush and continue to support the occupation under war criminal Obama. Per their normal hypocrisy, Evangelical Christian fascists, have stood by in tacit approval of military actions by the U.S. that have left hundreds of thousands of Iraqi’s, Afghan’s, Yemeni’s, et al. dead and millions displaced. What infrastructure existed in those nations has been destroyed all because of this monstrous war on an adjective. They abhor a picture of two people sharing a gentle kiss and all but ignore pictures like this because then they’d have to look at what they have approved of. And they absolutely will not take responsibility for this.

The preamble to the United States Constitution states:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more prefect Union, establish justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty for ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

This is the founding document of this country not the Declaration of Independence which was a declaration of secession from Britain. According to Tim Tebow, in his talk over at Celebration Church in Texas this fine pagan holiday morning, when asked about changing the country culturally Tim said “First and foremost is what this country was based on: one nation under God.”

And the Christians cheered his ignorance because like Tim, they too are ignorant. The “One Nation Under God” comes from the Pledge of Allegiance, that socialist indoctrination creed first penned in 1892 by Francis Belamy. A socialist, and not quite in line with the whole Liberty thingy the Founders envisioned. The words “One Nation Under God” were added in 1954.

Not only was this nation not founded under God, it wasn’t founded as one nation but a Union of the Several States. Those States being independent from one another bound voluntarily by a single central government that was to do those things that the preamble stated and there are only seventeen powers in the Constitution. Unfortunately, the fascist Republican Party with the fascist and racist Dictator Abraham Lincoln at the helm, destroyed states rights. He made a mockery of the Constitution, even more so than George W. Bush or Barack Obama. Lincoln waged war against the southern states, not to free the slaves as more than a century of propaganda has led us to believe, but rather for the industrial business interests of his masters. This is why I suppose Christians love Lincoln so much since they themselves are in lust with war.

Tim’s ignorance of the history of this country is exactly what is to be expected from a Christian. A history as told by David Barton. Little truth mixed with a bunch of shit they make up out of whole cloth.

According to Rick Warren God hates war but loves the soldier. Rick, of course is one of those fascist, statist Christians who believe America is the light on the hill and a beacon of freedom. Of course he’s wrong. First lets recognize that the Christian God of the New Testament is the same God of Abraham in the Old Testament and that God has no problem with war and genocide. Rick is also one of those fascist Evangelicals who believes America, through the use of its military, is obligated to police the world.

“JG: So America has a duty to help.
RW: The answer is, we must do all we can. People say America is not the policeman of the world. We may not be, but the Bible says, if you have been blessed, then you are to care for people who can’t care for themselves, you are to speak up for people who can’t speak for themselves, and to defend the defenseless.”

The problem here is that without exception, policing the world entails violence. Innocent civilians,as we know from history, will ultimately be on the receiving end of that violence. How does his God justify that? How in the world can this idiot state that we have a biblical obligation to care for those who can’t care for themselves and speak for those who can’t speak and defend those who can’t defend themselves by waging war against them? Not to mention the fact that he still supported Bush Co’s war in Iraq in 2008 despite, you know, being lied to and all. This is obscured somewhat by his totally asinine statement that when you serve in the military you serve your country. That’s utter nonsense. Everyone with an IQ above 71 knows, or should, that the military are pawns for those that own this country. They go to war not to defend America but to destroy at the whim of the banksters and corporate fat cats that own the government.

This is the type of thing that riles me up with regards to America’s Evangelical Christians. They shove their religion in your face claiming that they are in the majority so fuck the rest of us. Then when someone asks politely to remove their Nativity Scene from public property they scream persecution. Of course the penultimate display of hypocrisy is their obsession with war. They love war and Rick Warren is included here. They will make what ever excuse, find any justification, to mass murder Muslims. However, there are two distinct species of Evangelical Christians, there are the fascist, statists like Rick Warren, Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman, et al. Then there are the Evangelicals like Lawrence Vance who are the exact opposite. I have no greivences against Mr. Vance and his species of Evangelicals but he is unfortunately in the minority here and Rick Warrens war-mongering Evangelicals just tell him to fuck off with the rest of us. They’re in the majority you know.
