Cop Arrests Five Year Old Boy For Battery On A Cop. Seriously.

Um, call me an idiot but why are there campus police at an elementary school? And why did this big, bad, tough police officer feel threatened by a five year old child? If this kid has problems perhaps the last thing you want to do is put him in a stressful situation with a steroid addled bully with a badge who happens to be chicken shit dick to boot. What kind of psychopath charges a five year old child with battery? That would be the same chicken shit coward, Lt. Frank Gordo, that decided he needed to cuff a child.

“Also, neither the district nor the Stockton School Police would comment on what procedures were in place to handle children with behavioral problems.

Which says to me either there are no procedures in place or this piece of shit cop completely failed to follow them. Nothing to see here people, move along.

I don’t know what is worse. The fact that Rio Calaveras Elementary in Stockton feels it necessary to have police on school grounds or the fact that this pussy with a badge is allowed to be a cop.

So you think its perfectly acceptable for a cop to charge a child with battery even though that child has emotional and or learning disabilities? Let me guess. You don’t believe that ADHD really exists right? Its just shit lazy parents make up right?

Or perhaps you also think its perfectly acceptable for a cop to toss a child in the back of a police car and remove them from school without even bothering to contact the parents. You know what that’s called when someone else does it? Kidnapping.
